Email cards work with no setup.

Each person links their account once.

Cards update in place when anyone decides.

Before you start

Steps

  1. Email

Nothing to set up. Every approver gets a card with Approve and Reject buttons; the links work once and expire.

  2. Connect Slack

Under Slack and Teams, press Connect Slack and approve the app. Optionally paste a channel id (it looks like C0123456789) for a shared channel.

  3. Link each person

The first time someone presses a button in Slack, they get a private link to connect their account. After that, buttons decide at once.

  4. Connect Teams

Enter your Microsoft tenant id. Each approver sends any message to the promptcompute bot and opens the link it replies with.

  5. Decide

Cards update in place when anyone decides. High-risk cards link to the inbox, where a passkey confirms it is you.
