Ledger anchoring

AI Source of Truth (same operator)

All daily ledger roots are witnessed.

Sigstore Rekor (independent)

No daily root is waiting for Rekor.

AI Source of Truth is run by PromptReports LLC, the company that runs promptcompute. Rekor is a public append-only log run by the Sigstore project, so it is the independent anchor.
