Terms of service
Draft pending counsel review. This page is a placeholder. It lists what the final text will cover, but it is not our privacy policy or terms of service and makes no promises. Until counsel supplies the final text, email privacy@promptcompute.ai with any question.
What the final terms will cover
Each item below is a heading for counsel to fill in. None of it is a commitment yet.
- Who the agreement is between, and who may sign up for an organization.
- What the approvals service and the readiness scores do, and what they do not do.
- Plans, fees, billing and cancellation, as shown on the pricing page.
- Acceptable use, including for AI agents that send requests through the API or MCP server.
- Who owns customer data, ledger entries and receipts, and how exports work.
- How readiness scores are produced from public pages, and how a company claims or corrects its page.
- Availability, support and the status page.
- Warranties, liability and indemnity.
- Suspension, termination and what happens to data afterwards.
- Governing law, disputes and how we tell customers about changes to the terms.
Where to look today
Plans and limits are on the pricing page. How scores work is on the methodology page. Data handling is on the trust and security page. None of these pages are these terms.
