Privacy policy
Draft pending counsel review. This page is a placeholder. It lists what the final text will cover, but it is not our privacy policy or terms of service and makes no promises. Until counsel supplies the final text, email privacy@promptcompute.ai with any question.
What the final policy will cover
Each item below is a heading for counsel to fill in. None of it is a commitment yet.
- Who runs promptcompute and how to reach us about personal data.
- What we collect from account holders, approvers, guest approvers and visitors to public pages.
- What the readiness scanner reads from public company websites, and how a company can correct or remove a finding.
- Why we use each kind of data, and the legal basis where one applies.
- How long we keep data, including the signed ledger and organization deletion.
- Who we share data with, including the subprocessors listed on the trust page.
- Where data is stored and how it moves between regions.
- The rights people have over their data and how to use them.
- Cookies and similar technology.
- How we tell people about changes to the policy.
Where to look today
The trust and security page describes how we handle customer data now, including subprocessors and AI use. Read it as a description of current practice, not as this policy.
